Let’s Make It Right
At Permission to Connect, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll sort it out. As a new brand, we’re currently offering exchanges for sizing issues or items that arrived damaged. Just send it back within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
What’s Eligible?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. (Basically, try it on—but no run club, please.)
How to Start Your Exchange:

Email us at monica@permissiontoconnect.com to request a return—we’ll send you the details.

Ship it back: Customers cover return shipping. We recommend a trackable method to keep tabs on your parcel.

Once we receive and give it a quick once-over, your new item will be on its way within 7–10 business days.
